From the start, the client and TCG agree upon an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the plan outlining the goals and investment style of the plan. We encourage people in the organization to be part of the plan by forming an investment advisory committee. Then, instead of just recommending funds to buy and hold, never to be heard from again, we review your plan each quarter to reassess the quality of the investments, monitor the underperformers and replace them with better quality options, and educate plan participants concerning their plans and the different options available to them.
